Exquiste Fashions offers the following Returns Policy: Due to the nature of all items being 100% authentic merchandise , Exquiste Fashions has a 3 day return policy. Please note if merchandise is has been damaged in shipment all notification must be made within 24 hours of receiving it. And upon evaluation of the situation, if item is be exchanged, it must returned be in brand new condition with all authenticity tags, cards and dust bags included. Special orders and backorders are not refundable.

Orders placed between Dec 13-21 please select priority or overnight shipping to ensure arrival before December 25. All orders after Dec. 21st please select overnight shipping to ensure arrival by Christmas. Happy Holidays!

We do express delivery in time for Valentine Day and Mother's Day also!
To ensure arrival on time for your Holiday Order please order at least 5-7 days before the date needed or order overnight express shipping.
2-3 Day Priority applies only to US customers, International customers please inquire of your shipping time span.

The item must be insured and all authenticity must be included, merchandise must be returned unworn and unused. Due to the fact we deal primary with limited edition items, (which means it would not be "limited edition" or "sold out editions" if widely available) authentic merchandise. To protect our customers and future customers we enforce these polices so that each customer who orders from us will receive brand new 100% authentic merchandise in pristine condition. Please note special orders and backorders cannot be returned and are nonrefundable.
These are the reasons for refund and returns
1. Item was damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced.
2. Order has not been processed and item is no longer in stock.
3. We do charge a 10% restocking fee and do not refund insurance and shipping costs.
Not reasons for refund or return
1. Item does not fit. Be sure of your size before you order.
2. Needed it for a special occasion. No longer need it.
3. Longer than expected shipping span. We have no control over the shipping company's time schedule. All efforts are made so that each order is received in timely manner but this can not always be the case for reasons beyond our control.
4. Changed my mind, I purchased on a whim. The reason for this not being a valid return is that limited edition items are rare and go up in value rather than down and if someone uses the merchandise, it is no longer brand new. Also, we at Exquiste Fashions put a great deal of effort into finding unique, one of a kind limited edition merchandise.
NOTE:
As of April 27, 2009 a nonrefundable deposit of $25.00 is required to use the personalized service for finding a limited edition item in order to cover the cost of the numerous contacts needed to be made to find limited edition items. Limited Editions items do not decease in value with time's passage; they increase in value. We are here to help you learn the correct market going value of the special item you would love to add to your collection or purchase for someone special.
When the item is found, you will be notified and the 25.00 deposit will be applied to the balance due.
